Why the Game Lab exists
Independent development involves more than building the game. Teams also work through production budgets, player acquisition, retention, advertising revenue, store fees, and break-even decisions. The Dorn Bros Game Lab turns those calculations into free browser-based tools with formulas, worked examples, assumptions, and limitations visible alongside the result.
How we publish information
Studio pages, player guides, and calculators are written and maintained by Dorn Bros Entertainment for this site. Game details are checked against the official release links. Calculator outputs are planning estimates, not guarantees, and important financial or technical decisions should be verified with the relevant professional or platform documentation.
Examples, sources and release information
Calculator examples use invented figures to explain the arithmetic; they are not our revenue reports or promises of earnings. We distinguish a character’s fictional powers from features available in a released game. Store listings and in-app instructions are the reference for device compatibility, age ratings, controls and current release details.
Our guides explain a method you can repeat, the inputs it needs, and where the result can mislead. We correct errors when identified and update a page’s date when its content changes. A publication date is not a promise that every external service or store listing has stayed unchanged.
